The best time to invest in your talent pipeline is before students start deciding their futures. Our K–12 career exploration program puts Chandler business professionals directly in the classroom, one hour a week, real careers, real impact.
Each week, participating professionals lead hands-on sessions introducing 5th and 6th grade students to real-world career paths across every industry, technology, healthcare, engineering, culinary arts, STEM, trades, finance, and more. The program is a partnership with Chandler Unified School District schools and continues to expand to new campuses each year.
