Chandler Chamber of Commerce · City of Chandler
Nonprofit BlueprintProgram
A cohort-based program designed to strengthen Chandler's emerging nonprofits: equipping organizations with the tools, training, and connections they need to grow their mission and better serve our community.
Chandler's Nonprofits Do Vital Work.
We're Here to Help Them Do It Better.
Chandler is home to over 1,000 nonprofits serving residents across every area of need: from food security and youth development to arts, housing, and mental health. These organizations are part of the fabric of our community, and their success matters to all of us.
But emerging nonprofits often face the same challenges: limited staff capacity, inconsistent funding, governance gaps, and difficulty communicating impact. The Nonprofit Blueprint was built to address exactly that — giving organizations the strategic foundation they need to grow with confidence.
In partnership with the City of Chandler, the Chandler Chamber brings together experienced nonprofit professionals, civic leaders, and business experts to equip each cohort with practical knowledge they can put to work immediately.
What Participants Gain
The Blueprint is intentionally designed to be practical, not theoretical. Every session delivers tools and frameworks participants can apply to their organization the next day.
Five in-person sessions led by experienced nonprofit and business professionals covering governance, strategy, funding, communications, and more.
Learn alongside other Chandler nonprofit leaders facing the same challenges. The relationships built in the cohort often last well beyond the program.
Participants receive a complimentary one-year Chandler Chamber of Commerce membership, connecting them directly to Chandler's business and civic network.
Thank You to Our Nonprofit Investors
