Nonprofit Blueprint Program

Chandler's Nonprofits Do Vital Work.
We're Here to Help Them Do It Better.

Chandler is home to over 1,000 nonprofits serving residents across every area of need: from food security and youth development to arts, housing, and mental health. These organizations are part of the fabric of our community, and their success matters to all of us.

But emerging nonprofits often face the same challenges: limited staff capacity, inconsistent funding, governance gaps, and difficulty communicating impact. The Nonprofit Blueprint was built to address exactly that — giving organizations the strategic foundation they need to grow with confidence.

In partnership with the City of Chandler, the Chandler Chamber brings together experienced nonprofit professionals, civic leaders, and business experts to equip each cohort with practical knowledge they can put to work immediately.
