Chandler Chamber Community Foundation Announces Three $2,500 Scholarships for Business Students
The Chandler Chamber Community Foundation and Air Products and Chemicals will award three scholarships valued at $2,500 each to students enrolled in business-related programs at Chandler-Gilbert Community College for the 2026-2027 academic year.
The scholarships support the foundation's mission to enhance the business community and develop future business leaders through educational programs and financial assistance.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet specific criteria to qualify for consideration. Students must live or work in Chandler, Arizona, or attend any high school serving the Chandler area. Alternatively, current Chandler-Gilbert Community College students may apply.
Additional requirements include U.S. legal residency, active enrollment at Chandler-Gilbert Community College with a minimum of six credit hours per semester, and pursuit of a business-related field of study.
Application Components
A complete application package includes the student application form, a video essay submission, one letter of recommendation, and an official high school or college transcript.
The video essay must address three questions: how the student's studies will contribute to the local business community, career goals and how a degree from Chandler-Gilbert Community College supports those objectives, and the financial impact of receiving the scholarship.
Selection Process and Timeline
A panel of judges representing Chandler Chamber Community Foundation member businesses and Chandler-Gilbert Community College will evaluate applications based on academic achievement, letters of recommendation, and video essay responses.
The application deadline is May 1, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Scholarship recipients must attend an award ceremony on Thursday, May 28, at 5:30 p.m. at Gila River Resorts & Casinos Wild Horse Pass to receive their awards.
Applications and supporting materials should be submitted to info@chandlerchamber.com. For more information about the Chandler Chamber Community Foundation scholarship program, contact the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.
