Community Foundation
The Chandler Chamber Community Foundation enhances the business community and develops the next generation of business and community leaders through educational events, programs, and scholarships.
Four Ways We Invest in Chandler
The Foundation's programs reflect a simple belief: when you invest in people, you invest in the community they build. Whether it's a student starting college, a young professional finding their footing, a leader deepening their civic knowledge, or a nonprofit growing its capacity — the Foundation meets Chandler where it is and helps it become what it can be.
Community Foundation Scholarship
The Chandler Chamber Community Foundation, in partnership with Air Products and Chemicals, awards up to three scholarships of $2,500 each to students who enroll at least part-time in a business-related course of study at Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
This scholarship is designed to make a business education more accessible for Chandler-area students — removing financial barriers and creating a direct pathway from the classroom to the East Valley's thriving business community.
Applications for the current cycle are now closed. Check back in the fall for information on the next application period.

Chandler Chamber Leadership Institute

For over 41 years, the Chandler Chamber Leadership Institute has educated emerging leaders — and individuals already serving in a leadership capacity — about the city of Chandler and the broader East Valley community.
Participants receive a comprehensive look at how Chandler works — from public safety and local government to the leisure and hospitality industry — while developing the critical leadership skills that distinguish effective community leaders from observers.
Graduates join a network of more than 1,220 alumni who serve on boards, commissions, and in elected office across the East Valley. Many of Chandler's most prominent civic and business leaders are Leadership Institute graduates.
Chandler Young Professionals
If you've ever attended an industry-specific networking event and felt out of your element — surrounded by seasoned veterans while you're just starting out — this series was built for you.
Chandler Young Professionals connects professionals ages 21 to 39 from across the East Valley for targeted development opportunities — from growing soft skills to touring the State Capitol and meeting the leaders shaping Arizona's future.
This isn't just networking. It's a launchpad — connecting the next generation of Chandler business leaders to each other, to mentors, and to the city they're building their careers in.

The Non-Profit Blueprint
In Partnership with the City of Chandler
The Non-Profit Blueprint is a four-month program designed specifically for small Chandler-area nonprofits with revenues under $300,000 per year. Through monthly three-hour sessions led by seasoned business and nonprofit professionals, participating organizations build the strategies, systems, and leadership capacity they need to grow their mission.
Each monthly session tackles a different area — strategy, fundraising, operations, governance, and board development. Participants get real advice from people who have been there. Nonprofits that successfully complete all sessions receive $5,000 to invest directly in their mission.
